Founded in 2023 on the basis of a simple idea – “technology alone does not drive progress; it is humans who give it direction, meaning and limits” – this Swiss foundation has since charted a course that is as innovative as it is inspiring.

From the outset, ARIEL-IA has opted for complete technological independence.

Refusing to rely on cloud infrastructure, hidden telemetry or locked-in subscriptions, the foundation has built an ecosystem of advanced modules, designed to meet the major challenges of our time.

The first modules—QSS, SST and SYNCHRONA—developed between 2024 and 2025 as part of the MONIA NEX-1.0 project, were already state-of-the-art technologies in their respective fields:

These software components, which remain under the exclusive control of the foundation, embody a unique vision: ‘Augmented General Intelligence’ (AGI) geared towards medical agent-based AI, where the machine does not replace the doctor but greatly enhances their ability to understand a patient’s overall situation.

A civilian, sovereign and offline cryptographic suite

The flagship tool of this initiative, ARCAN, is much more than just an encryption suite.

A true technological manifesto, it enables government bodies, institutions, businesses and organisations to protect their sensitive data without ever entrusting it to a third-party server.
